Type 2
Diabetes in itself is not a disease but a malfunctioning of pancreas or inability to produce enough insulin required to process blood sugar. It can also be said as a metabolic disorder that affects the body in regulating blood sugar. Aside from more general approach diabetes has a natural cure and medical biological and physiological conditions of human body can actually sort and return back to the normal condition.
According to the inefficiency of body to produce insulin which processes the sugar in the blood, diabetes is bifurcated into two:
Type 1: This form is known as insulin dependent diabetes because in this form the diabetic person needs to have daily injections of insulin.
Type 2: This form is known as noninsulin-dependent. As it is slow onset and because it can usually be controlled with diet and oral medication.
The first step in curing the body from diabetes is to know whether the patient is suffering from diabetes TYPE 1 or 2. As we mentioned earlier in type 1 diabetes body not at all respond in producing insulin hence, it is can’t be reverse. While in type 2 diabetes the incapability of body to produce right balance of insulin can be reverse by the means of oral medication, diet, exercise, weight management, supplements or herbal treatment.

1. Diet: The simple rule is that – less carbohydrates lesser is the sugar. As there is a large spectrum of food products which favors the cure and visa-versa. Protein and fiber reach food are in the favor while access sugar and fatty products are against the rule.

* Bananas are high in carbohydrates and should be avoided among fruits, sugar free juices should be taken, for example little bit of carrot juice is good
